Post Foods expands manufacturing operation in Byhalia

BYHALIA, Miss. — Post Holdings, Inc., parent company of Post Foods: maker of popular breakfast cereals leased a 554,000-square-foot building in Byhalia. The manufacturer of cereals and other dry goods is planning to move in Spec Building II in the Gateway Global Logistics Center.

Post creates popular cereals including Fruity Pebbles and Honey Bunches of Oats.

In a previous interview with the Memphis Business Journal it was confirmed by landlord Jim Mercer of Richard Ellis Memphis that Post Inc. would be consolidating several locations into the newly acquired space, and is planning an expansion. This is a significant move and expansion for the breakfast cereal giant.
